Middle East Consultancy Jobs and Recruitment in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia

Tuesday, 13th Jan, 2015

The UAE offers an exceptional opportunity for high achieving management consultants. Working in a rapidly developing economy you will join a thriving ex-patriate professional community. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sadui Arabia are a major centre for the oil and gas, utilities and financial services sector in the region. The telecoms industry in the region is booming as new service providers are established.

Government focused consulting activity is also thriving as public sector expands in areas of economic planning, healtcare and justice. Change management, operations improvement and development planning advice is especially valued for the government sector. Within the operations area, a lot of the work is related to Project Management and Programme Management, establishing the PMO (Project Management Office), and project governance along with logistics, 3PL, and supply chain.

Fluency in Arabic is useful for work in government but not essential. There is currently a lot of work for management consultants in Saudi Arabia in the public and private sector, and consultants can easily commute to lively Bahrain at the weekends.

Firms in the region offer tax-free salaries and generous ex-patriate packages. The cost of living is lower than London and there are 365 days of sunshine!

Dubai continues to attract consultants from the UK and Europe and is now the second greatest destination for expatriate Australian professionals.

Mindbench recruits for the major strategy consultancies and specialist boutiques in the region. We have an excellent pedigree of recruiting at all levels from Analyst to Director. We recruit for consultancies in Dubai undertaking strategy, M&A due-diligence and operational transformation work across sectors including oil&gas, government and telecoms.

If you are ready to make the move or are thinking about relocating to the region, or indeed are already working within the region, call us for advice and register your CV!
